This is a slowly developing anthology of favourite spiritual poetry.
Enlightenment is like the moon reflected on the water.
The moon does not get wet, nor is the water broken.
Although its light is wide and great,
The moon is reflected even in a puddle an inch wide.
The whole moon and the entire sky
Are reflected in one dewdrop on the grass.
the companions of kabbalah
“….when Hod kisses Netzach, there Tiferot shines…”
-dafree whitewolfe
beautiful beyond articulation
oneness ever strange always familiar
a mystical truth tantalizes each mind
pursued with the temerity of grief
grasping for that which remains beyond reach
an unknown joy betokening splendor
daunting such souls as fail to persevere
with unresisting saintly diligence
as only not unknowing can fathom
frustrated by carnal fragility
each soul enables its endeavoring
ever returns until such other finds
weaving radiant multiplicity
into a darker tapestry wherein
each that one other unfolding enfolds
simplicity confounds complexity
as true love surrenders to purer love
nothing persists unchanged amidst the shadows
just unconditional love remains unchangeable
