These four young refugees from Kosovo seem almost blown out of the right of the frame - a perfect blend of young joy in friendship within a double context of a windy hillside and the wider context of the war, from which presumably this is blessed relief.

I will be discussing some of my favourite Cartier-Bresson photographs here
Those I like best are those that are exemplary of his two principles of ‘the Decisive Moment’ and the form as perfact geometry - but some just throb with compassion;
and snatched moments that resonate with meaning

Where does Aesthetics and Aesthetic experience fit in all of this?
Aesthetics belongs to the science of philosophy (Criticality) BUT aesthetic experiences are ‘subjective-creative-mystical’ i.e they are Creative and subjective.
